of the National Co-ordinator, Robert Dembele
 Robert Tiegoue Dembele is the National Director of the Programme National
de Lutte contre les Schistosomiase (PNLSH) at the Direction Nationale de la
Santé. He holds a diploma from the National School of Medicine and Pharmacy
in Bamako and trained in Applied Epidemiology in relation to Medicine and
Statistics at the Ecole de Santé Publique de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles
(ULB). He also has a Masters degree in Public Health from the Institut
Régional de Santé Publique de Cotonou. His professional experience covers
the production, implementation and follow-up of social and health
development plans in health districts.
