The Advisory Board is convened annually (or as necessary) to approve budgets for
the year ahead, and receive reports of progress. The Board oversees the
performance of the SCI and its partners towards the SCI goals and objectives.

Technical decisions will be taken by a Technical Committee. All
SCI Technical Committee meetings will be attended by some but not all of the
Technical Panel according to the subject of the meeting. In addition to the
individuals named below, country partner representatives will be invited as
appropriate to each meeting.
